TEHRAN, Nov. 12 (MNA) – The Vice President Mohammad Bagher Nobakht, who is also the head of the Budget and Planning Organization paid a one-day visit to Sanandaj, the capital city of the western Iranian province of Kurdistan to inaugurate and start some industrial and railway projects on Tuesday.
